We had a recent "empty nester" couple come to Emporia from Johnson County to visit their daughter who is attending ESU and they arrived on a 1951 Harley Davison. Not just any 1951 Harley but the one that has been in their family for over 30 years. The couple's second date was on the bike and it was love on the first ride. The bike had to be parked for 20+ years during the child raising years but now, with no one home to stop them, they are riding once again-and riding in great style. Great to have opportunity to get to know folks like this that are living their lives fully and enjoying themselves..
